a. Order: Stokton Shop collects and uses data to finalize order, for any claims after purchasing and to give the customer the services available. Stokton needs the data to manage orders also with partners (for example: banks, delivery companies ). The customer has to indicate a correct address to make an order. It's also important to enter a phone number to let Stokton contact the customer in case of further information or questions. b. Customers' area and login: the data about customers and order are saved in the system , but they cannot be freely consulted for safety reasons. Stokton shop guarantees the customer a login with a secure password. In this area, it is possible to control all data about orders, personal ones and possibly bank account in addition to newsletter data. The customer is required to use responsible access data and to not disclose at third parties. Stokton Shop in any case will not be responsible for an incorrect or improper use of the password on behalf of the customer.
 
c. Advertising: Stokton Shop uses personal data of the customer for promotional aims, to send information about items on the web site shop.stokton.it. Customer's email address will be only used as provided by the regulation or, where necessary, after a specific declaration by the customer. He also will receive promotional advertising by email.
